Exclamation In Pain! Urgent!

Hi all. Me again. I still haven't gotten my period- last one was early March. But yesterday at around 2 PM I started feeling a bit 'crampy' if you will, on my way to Summerfest. The pain was about a 3 out of 10 at first, and came back briefly during the festival. Then it started getting worse steadily, to the point where my boyfriend and I needed to sit down and wait it out. By then it was at about a 7. We then decided to leave, and as we were leaving it was so bad I couldn't walk barely and couldn't stop wincing. Sorry for the details, but he escorted me to the bathroom, where I was gripping my sides and had diarreaha. I also felt feverish and started sweating and getting dizzy. Luckily, we made it back to my house at around 9:30 and I started feeling better.

Today I am feeling a bit better. I haven't felt dizzy or had diarreaha but I have have pretty frequent pains, at anywhere from like a 2-6 out of 10.

I have no idea why this is happening-is it my period coming? Does it hurt this bad because I haven't had it in almost 5 months? I haven't had any brown or red discharge, a tiny bit of white, though, which is pretty usual for me.

Tylenol doesn't seem to help much. Is there anything I can do? I'm scared and in quite a bit of pain. Yesterday I could literally feel my uterus/ovaries rumbling and churning. What is going on?

I'm going upnorth in 2 days, I really hope this will stop by then.

Please help me. I'm a scared teenager looking for answers!!

It's hard to say what this is but it sounds like it could be food poisoning or a food intollerance. I can't handle heavy dairy and sometimes it's worst than other times. I will have a similarr response from eating too much ice cream. Your ovaries and/or uterus can't "rumble or churn", that sounds like an intestinal response.

Drink plenty of water and simple but healthy diet for the next few days. Leftovers should always be properly refridgerated and not kept more than 3 days.

I had something like this years ago that was so severe I ended up in the hospital. They were unable to determine the cause but told me they thought it was an ovarian cyst. The sonogram was absolutely clean and the tech said I had the cleanest insides she'd ever seen. They sent me home after threee days and told me it wouldn't happen again. Two months later it did, I had eaten a big bowl of ice cream the day before. Since then I've found that it can cause me severe problems. You will have to be observant and see what causes problems. If it was food poisoning, it may never happen again.
