Hi ladies I'm new to the board and have a delema. I'm 26 have been on the birthcontrol loestren24 for about 3 years now also I am anemic and due to my iron I haven't had a period in about 4 years I think meybe longer may be shorter I'm not positive.

Now my problem, starting two weeks ago I started to spot and it didn't alarm me I just figured my body is trying to finally have a period and with my birthcontrol I don't have one. But here lies my problem, starting on Sunday two weeks ago as I said t started but the odd this is I only spot every couple hours. For example I went to the bathroom saw I had a little and then nothing for a few hours and then I would start again for an hour and then stop I went a day or two with out I thought it was over and then it started again. But this time while in the bathroom I heard and felt a weird bubbling kind of rip sound and saw a weird glob type thing in the toilet a bright pink and very little on my tissue after hat I had a weird pain in my ribs an it continued on every other hour. I eat I get cramping and it starts I have sexual intercourse (only because there are no signs) and it immediatly start and also it's tender during intercourse also personal pleasure it immediatly start and those two occasions I have pretty bad cramping but any other time no cramping it just starts. I have two kids and pregnancy is a vey very low possibility. I currently have no insurance wich is why I haven't seen a doctor I can't afford the bill.

I k ow it's alob jumbled together and after two weeks of unpredictable spotting it's starting to get uncomftorable and miseable and if any of you ladies can shed some light on this for me or even some pointers any and all info is greatly appreciated. Also I have had pains in he past my mid wife said more than likely cycsts and she showed no concern but it concerns me could it be part of it? Please feel free to ask any questions I'm just really confused and starting to get worried. Thank you in advance.

I also wanted to add majority of the time the spotting is dark brown it varies from dark to bright pink.

Is there no one out there that can give me any information or support? Helpfully info or not please something it's now gotton to the point I'm an emotional mess I can't even locate a free clinic to even get help. Please is someone has experienced anything like this please talk to me I'm misserable.

I'm sorry I haven't read your post. I've been off line for a while dealing with my own issue with the doctors. Tho my situation isn't like yours (not on birth control and have had periods up until Feb 09) I understand how you feel. Staring in April I began spotting just like you. Not enough to wear anything but enough to notice. It would come and go randomly. that lasted a month for me. Then one day I got the nasty blood clot looking thing in the toilet. After that mine opened up heavy and wouldnt stop. i became anemic from bleeding heavy for an additional 2 months. Finally went to the doctor and she explained that it could be cause by so many things. Fibroids, cysts, or in my case after a complete work up and exam, my uterine wall lining was built up from the months I didn't have a period in Feb and March and my body could get rid of it all. She put me on meds. I started the meds on Friday and today I can say after 3 months, I have no signs of blood. I spent 2 months asking on this site and others what it could be and honestly we cant tell you because an exam has to be done. I know with no insurance its hard but your body is the most important thing. Get checked out. I Pray you find resolution
