Crazy - almost the same thing happened to me today. My workout was AWESOME today, but man - I'm so crampy right now. I just finished my cycle on Monday, but as of right now I'm not spotting, but I sure finish like I could start again.
TODAY I PUSHED MYSELF HARDER THAN EVER BEFORE IN MY LIFE IN THE GYM. AFTEWARDS I WAS EXHAUSTED, NAUSEATED, DIZZY, AND BEGINNING TO HAVE PELVIC CRAMPS.
bY THE TIME I GOT HOME, I SPOTTED BLOOD. NOW ITS GONE, BUT IM CRAMPING MORE AND FEELING PRESSURE. MY CYCLE ENDED EXACTLY ONE WEEK AGO. AND THIS PAIN IS UNUSUAL TO SAY THAT ITS NOT THE TIME OF THE MONTH.

Is it possible i may have strained or something?
I do not have a clue... I wouldn't think so, but who knows. I've tried looking online, but everything says, exercising should help to decrease menstrual cramps.Who knows... I'd wait it out a couple of days to see what happens.
