One of the things that women should be told
is that menstruation is not, NOT, proof of
    anything!

Firstly, you can menstruate and be pregnant.
Secondly, you can mistake menstruation for
a miscarriage in the early months
Thirdly, you can have a serious illness which
    masquarades as menstruation.

Only two times in life are 'funny' periods nothing
to worry about...when you start and when you finish.

When you first start menstruating it's anyone's guess
    when/how long/heavy-light.
When you going into menopause, it's the same anyone's
    guess.

But during the period between start and finish
anything strange needs to be looked after.

He didn't say. Just told me the obvious, wait 6 months before trying etc...I'm doing better now. I was actually ok when I found out. I'm rh negative and when I had to go to the hospital to get my rhogam shot I finally broke down. I just don't want to go through it again. This is my 2nd one. I ahd one in 2004 but exactly 6 months later I got pregnant again, and now I have my son. So I'm very thankful for him. Do you have any kids?
