Well the first question would be have you had any slip ups lately?
    When was the slip up?
are you aware when you ovulate?
Are you aware of your cycle...For instance if I get my period on the 30th I ovulate on the 16th and my highest fertility days are between the 11th and the 16th

Stress changes your period, you body reacts when you react and your mind controlls your body so if you are stressing and constantly thinking something is wrong...then your body is going to react to that. If you were having a miscarriage you would not be lightly bleeding. I would have a cup of tea, put on some smooth jazz and relax! For the most part it is very rare to get your period if you are pregnant
