spotting not normal?
Ive been on the pill for 6 or 7 years and have had periods like clockwork ever since the first month on the pill. They are always just like the last and will be like the next both in length and heaviness. Until this last one. It was a lot lighter than normal and a lot shorter than usual. Then a few days after it was over I spotted off and on all day. Is this spotting normal? (*Ive never spotted before without just cause ie:a pap*)
Can anyone shed some light on this?

It could be due to stress, illness, or just a normal hormone fluctuation. Most women do not maintain the same cycle and symptoms for their entire life so you should expect some changes from time to time. The only way to know for sure is to see your gynecologist.
