Thread: Period every other week

Hey, I am 16 years old.......my periods have been accuring about every other week.....sometimes every two to three weeks. They are regular 7 day periods. THis has been goin on for about 3-4 months now. I am not Sexualy active.
Is this related to stress or do I need to go to the doctor?

If you are not on birth control I would get on it, it will help regulate your periods. Or if you are not comfortable being the one to tell your mother that ask her to take you to the gynecologist and they will tell you the same thing. I am having the same issue as you but I had a child about a year ago and that is why I am irregular. I was on birth control but came off it because I want to conceive again.
