Irregular Period Question

I'm 19 and have had a regular period for the past 6.5 years. Recently, my last period was 4-5 days late, lasting normally between 4-6 days. My most recent period was 10 days early. Normally, I can foresee my period due to bad back pain and cramping about 3-4 days beforehand. However, this time I did not start cramping until the day my period started and the cramping is not as strong as it normally is. My face has also slightly broken out for the past week and a half or so. I have been semi-stressed lately, so that may explain it. I've checked a few other websites as far as stress/pregnancy, and I could just be over-reacting but I am wondering if anyone has any advice/input for my situation? Thanks.

I have irregular periods, and mostly when it goes hay wire it's due to our stressful environment and sometimes worrying it to much wont help. So, just relax do your regular exercise regime and eat healthy. Do not go on diet when your cycle is around the corner. Our sleeping pattern will also affect your menstrual cycle. So, relax babe!
