Default Late period/little sister starting hers questions

I'm super worried and super confused. Here's all the info:

-This year I skipped my period in March
-I had protected sex August 14
-Had my period late August, early september.
-Haven't gotten it yet.
-Little sister just started getting hers.
-Mine changes when everyone else's gets theirs

Is it possible for cycles to sync up?
I took a pregnancy text probably early September, and it came up positive. I have not had sex since.
Is it still possible I could be pregnant?
Did I take the test too early?
I'm not sure if I'm stressed, as it seems I'm always stressed, so I'm really not sure if that would be the cause.

Any information would be lovely. Thanks!
