Thread: lower back pain

im not sure weather my lower back pain is due to my period or not. i have a constant dull ache in my lower back all the time until my week break in my contraceptive pill ie my period then it goes away then when my period stops it starts all over again could some one shed some light on the situation as i have no idea. i have cramps the day before my period but thats it. thanks
