Missed period

I am 22 yrs old..unmarried..my last period started on 23rd september..after dat i havent had periods as yet..i dunno y they r delayed..i didnt have any physical relationship with anyone after 23rd sept..so i cant be pregnant right?den wats the reason?pls reply...
