Default Bleeding 2 Weeks early (clots)

I have been extremely sick for almost a month (sinus infection), sore throat, cough, fever, body aches ... then suddenly I became very nauseated and began to experience more "flu-like" symptoms. A couple days later I began to bleed, 2 weeks early (I have always cycled very regularly). This lasted appx. 4 days and was mostly clots. I have had a tubal ligation so I don't think I am pregnant, do you think any of these symptoms are related? I feel like my body is falling apart and I've been sick for WAY too long. ↓
