Heavy pain during menstrual period with bulky uterus
My sister who is 33 years old is having heavy stomach pain and heavy bleeding during her menstrual periods time. Her scan report within 10 days from period shows that she is having
Bulky Uterus, Anteverted measured 9.4 * 6.6 * 4.5 cms. Endometrial and myometrial echoes normal Endometrial thickness measured 0.5cms Right ovary measured 3.3 * 3.1 * 1.8 cms, normal appearance and echo texture Left ovary measured 3.0 * 2.9 * 1.6 cms Both kidneys, liver, GB, spleen are phonographically normal This is her scanned report. She is also having heavy white discharge after her periods. She is having 2 children. After first child she used copper-T for birth control. She is worried about her health condition. Please suggest her what to do to reduce her pain and be normal during her periods?? |
