Default Slight bleeding occuring three days after period is over?

Hello,

For four months prior to this month my period always started on the 12th. My sister in-law came to visit this month and I have heard that sometimes other women can cause your cycle to change. Long story short we both ended up starting our periods on the 21st of October. My period ended on the 27th. My husband and I had sex on the 27th and he did ejaculate in me. Now today I have some very light spotting with some very mild cramping. Is it possible that I might be pregnant?
