Default PCOS vs. Exercise. How to do it.

Hey
If any of you ladies out there have pcos (polycystic ovary syndrome), then you know what not having any energy feels like. I have been bleeding for over 6 weeks now. And I have been trying to so some exercise on my bike, but it it so hard. I know that exercise helps with periods because I use to be more active in H.S. and it worked. I have pcos for years now and YAZ (birthcontrol) is not an option. BAD PILL> DONT USE> What can I do to get my energy back.
