I'll lay down the basic info about my sex life.
Ive just turned 20 this week.

I have a long term boyfriend of a year and a half.

I am on the contraceptive injection.

I had my 4 injection on friday 23rd of October. (which is late as I was ment to have my 4th injection on the tuesday the 13th of October, but I only figured out that day when i looked in my diary on the 13th that i was ment to have it, so i went to make an appointment and the earliest i could get it was at 10.30am on friday the 23rd.)

My period since starting uni on the 20th of Sept has been consistant every day till friday the 23rd of October when i got my injection.

My boyfriend came down to stay for the week on the same day i got my injection.

We had unprotected sex, though he withdrawed before he came, though I do understand that i could still get pregnant from his precome during sex.

So for that I feel like i shouldnt be listened to for being stupid and doing so. So now im scared to go back to the sexual health clinic and say to the woman even though you told me to have protected sex for a week I ended up not using condoms. I feel like no one will listen to me because of this. But things got carried away, cos he came down for my birthday he gave me his present the night he got down here which was an engagement ring. Soo all highs up in the air the condom bit got ignored. As i know sex isnt the same for him with a condom, bare feels ALOT better. Eventhough Im saying this i still understand im not going to be even listened to, because it is wrong to go about it that way. But thats the way we've always been since ive been on the injection.

We've had sex pretty much every day he was down, and he left on Monday the 2nd of November.

But after sex i would get a dull achy feeling afterwards. It got a little worse further on in the week, by just lasting longer. Having sex was relaxing till afterwards. I think i feel achy afterwards because of my vagina muscles tightening from being arroused and him still penetrating. Though it doesnt ache during sex! just afterwards.

Before uni, we lived together and we're having sex at least 3 times a week. So I am wondering if in these 4 weeks of not having sex, my vagina has ''shrunk/contracted'' sorta speak and isnt used to being penetrated. And that from this past week of my fiancee being down it is the reason for it to ache?

Right now today, wednesday 4th of November, Im having a random dull ache and its been happening for just under two hours. It was aching a little bit for a few seconds, a few times today but otherwise. yeah.

Do yous think i have a chance of being pregnant? and when is the right time to take a pregnacy test? In a few weeks time before my 'correct' period week. Or afterwards? Could I take a pregnancy test now?

Im really anxious also at the idea, that these dull aches could mean Im developing cervical cancer. So I want to get a smear test. When i also told my doctor of my prolonged period at the start of uni, that she said if it persists we may have to check out my cervix.

I was talking to my friend today about my worries, and she thinks the aching is probly from having alot of sex all of a sudden. But im really anxious and feel like it could be a bigger problem.

Shes had a smear test before, and when she was talking about what actually happens it freaked me out. I dont want to get it done and feel this little 'nip' is scarey nevermind taking my pants out and opening my legs wide, what if it smells ergh! just scarey!

I got emotionaly upset today aswell as Im scared of all these things that girls go through, smear tests and PREGNANCY... dont even go down that road. Im really scared at the idea of giving birth. ((


Please please please! help me.
As i have so much emotions going on, and Its making me go mental. Literally.

Any help would be amazing and literally a God Send!

Congratulations on your engagement!!!!!


People take risks and you did, no one is going to beat you up about it.


The ache could be brusing, from not having sex for a while and then having it a fair bit.

Have a smear test, it's not that bad at all, it's just an object being inserted that's cold and a quick swab, it's embarrasing more than anything... but a necessity in life. We smell beautiful, lol, so quit worrying about that just have a shower before you go.

As for a pregnancy test, just see if you get your periods ... You were a bit late with the shots, so you may be a bit delayed with your period.

Try not to stress over it, as that delays it longer anyway.
