Default sore breasts

I just was wondering .. I always get sore breasts before and during my period I know that that is normal..but i was wondering ... this time they are extremely sore and my nipples feel like someone is clinching close pins on them and strong tingling feeling. Is that something a lot of women get? because im 21 and used to my sore breasts... but just this time .. I just never had them feel like this.. i was just wondering is this what other women experience and i just dont know about it or could it be something else?? They also started hurting abnormally early this time too.. Please reply if you have any input...
