    Smile Chocolate or Exercise for PMS?

    So I have heard two different methods of helping make PMS less obvious to your partner: chocolate or exercise.

    I was just wondering if anyone knew if either or both worked. Or if there simply is no controlling the raging dragon in all of us.

    Haha personally chocolate is best for me! I love chocolate!!
    Exercise....well that's different story....lol :|

    Both release endorphines which help elevate your mood, I'd say a healthy dose of both. Exersize and eating right will help you in a variety of ways. My own experience as I am moving through menopause has been that if I get lazy and quit running or working out and get sloppy with my diet (they always seem to go together) I start getting hot flushes and hyper-emotional, as little as one workout session makes a positive differnce and with a few days of it I'm right as rain. No more annoying hot flushes, sleeping through the night and my mood is normal.

    Think of it this way; being healthier is ALWAYS a good thing, there is NO down side to reasonable exersize and a good diet. So this should be on your list no question about it. As for chocolate, personally I consider it an essential part of a good diet, especially dark chocolate!

    both! you should also look to eat a little healthier, but during this time chocolate is healthy!

    Whether or not chocolate works, give me a chocolate and i'll happy change my mood :P

    I would say both, plus orgasms, lol. Sex is just aerobic excersize afterall .
