    Default Breast Tenderness after period????

So my breasted started to feel tender the last day of my period (which was yesterday) and hurt even worse today (light spotting). I only bled a day and a half and I am still having mild cramps. I was on bc but decided at the begining of the month to discontinue so I have no idea if I even o'd this month.

Anyway, is it normal to have tenderness start on the last day of a period?

    Thanks Ladies!

    Hi Isabell.

It is probably more to do with the fact you were taking hormones and then you decided to stop taking them. Your body is trying to have a period but is confused, hense the small period, but still spotting and sore breasts.

I imagine once your body gets adjusted again to no hormone replacements in your system you'll get on track.

I'm curious though why you stopped them? Did you go on them to regulate your periods more to start with?
