Confused
My breasts have started to been feeling sore latey, My period is 10 days late, its always late tho since im not on birth control What does this mean?

It could be two things.
Breasts start to get tender a couple days to 1 week or so before your period. It is usually a sign that you will be starting your period soon.
Or, it could also be a sign that you are pregnant. Have you been having sex? You might want to get a pregnancy test.
