I know I need to go to the doctor to check this out, but I can't afford to go at the moment and don't have any insurance.
I'm 20 years old and my whole life i've been irregular, but my periods were always very normal when they did come. Before I became sexually active I would sometimes go 3 months without a period. Then when I became active I became even more irregular. The past two years I would go a few months without having a period, and then this year they became very odd. One time my cramps were so bad I cried, and that night I threw up. Another time I had horrible mood swings and once more incredibly bad cramps. That was this august. The one after that was on time and normal, but then I went two months without my cycle, and when it did come, I had a week of brown discharge and then a week of actual bleeding. Now it's been a good two more months and I've had the brown discharge for about two weeks. I've been having a tiny bit of pink/red along with the brown, but nothing like what my "normal" period is like. I know I'm not pregnant, I've taken tests and nothing else is different. I feel really good. Anyone have any idea what it could be? I'm hoping to go get checked out as soon as I can save up enough money.
