    Morning

I used to get my period for 5 days but since last year November after I took the morning after pill, I only bleed for 1 day and the 2nd day is spotting (finishing off) is this normal?

November I was 7 days late (side effects of the morning after pill) and it was only for 1 day but extremely light, December (I normally have a 28day cycle) I got it on the 31st day and I bled for 2 days, this month I got it on the 28th day but only bled for 1 day. Is this normal?

I am not on any form of birth control.

It is possible to totally throw your body out of wack, by taking the morning after pill.

    Your body may be re-adjusting.

I would suggest "can you use condoms this month" and then see how your period is for January, if it's the same, then consult a Doctor.

Time flys . Sorry sweet read Nov and Dec...

Well, when I was younger, it was all over the place and they put me on the pill to regulate it.

Maybe the Morning After pill disturbed things but maybe your growing more into a woman as far as atonomy goes and you may need to consider the pill purely for regulating your periods.

See what other's have to say, but isn't there a family service free where you can go if your worried just to pose the questions?

I am 29 years old already and have a 7 year old. I've never been on any form of pill since my cycle has always been 28days spot on with 5 days bleeding.

    Okay.

For other readers, sammo has ruled out pregnancy, and was concerned if it was menopause, from other threads.

However, sammo... three months? Maybe try another pregnancy test in a weeks time...just to be sure.

We hope we can help you sammo.

Try another home test if you are worried. You're 29 so its not menopause. But you did take the morning after pill and that can really throw you off for a few months. I think your body will eventually adjust back to a more regular cycle but in the mean time enjoy the 2-day long periods.
