    Quick question,
about three weeks ago I started working out 5-6 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Also, I reduce my calories from around 1,800 to 1,200. Do you think that would cause me to miss/delay my period that usual is like clockwork? My period usually comes every 29 days and have never had one been delayed/missed. My fingers are also swollen (just 3 of them, wondering if that could have something to do with it??) I'm took an at-home pregnancy test and it says i'm not pregnant either.

    Thanks.

Any change in diet, sleep, stress, routine, etc can throw our bodies off it seems.
If you are more than a week late, maybe take another test. And you may be dehydrated, that could cause your fingers to swell.
