Sorry ladies. I don't know where to put this, but my topic is menstruation. My wife just started menstruation this month about a couple days ago. When she take (edit) she says it hurts the vagina. Is this normal. All so during her menstruation she said she bleeds a lot. And at night when I touch her and feel her body her feet and hand is cold. Does anyone know why? I mean really cold. Like kinda like frozen chicken in the freezer. What things can not be eaten during menstruation? Please ladies. Help me. I don't know what to do. I feel so helpless. Thanks.

If she is bleeding heavilly her iron levels may be dropping this can cause cold hands and feet i have had it myself. Get her to see her gp they can do a simple test. this is just one thing it could be im sure others will have more suggestions for you .
