I started my period when I was 10 years old. It's almost.. ALWAYS been heavy. And almost always atleast a week long. The only time it ever got light and short was when I first started taking birth control years ago, but it soon went back to heavy and long after that.

At the beginning of the year, I've started working out and eating healthier.. sticking to my goals, and all of the sudden, my period is so light right now! The last one at the beginning of the year was regular, but I started on Sunday, and even by today.. barely any blood! Can changing my lifestyle suddenly by working out alot and eating better change this? And do you think it will stay the same? I'm hoping it does!

My two year anniversary with boyfriend is on Friday.. I'm PRAYING it could possibly be gone by then..? I like the change, it was just kind of sudden and I'm confused by it.

Exercize and diet directly effects periods. Some women who exercize excessively will not have periods at all. Keep in mind, that is not really good for you so don't over do it. But yes, there is something about exercize that has an effect on cycles.
