Thread: 66 days late negtive test wats going on...

So Baffled... 66 days late even doc is confused?


Ok Im 26 havnet been on BC for years, the last first day of my last period was Dec 20th 2009 its now 24th Feb 2010, i am due on again now but there is no sing of my period at all,
for the last 4/5 weeks ive had cramps, feeling sick, off my food, bloated sooo much its untrue, Ive done loades of urine tests all negative last one was Monday when i also had a blood test done wich was negitive.
Doc has cheaked everything else, its not hormones,its not my kidneys,im not diabetic, all my blods are fine and perfect... so whats going on..?
could i be pregnant? and if so how do i find out?
how long should i wait?
i'm veary bloated at the mo with a lil bit of pain across my lower back, on saturday 19thFeb i had some discahrge wich was brownish in couler what could this be.... and my blood preasure is up at 148/107 dunno why, i am over weight but its not ever caused my periods to be late or irregula i am trying to keep fit but at the moment everything wears me out! even carrying the shopping doing house work... but i'm trying my best to get on with things tell myself im not preggers, yeah it would be nice and me and my partner are a great beliver that if its meant to happen it will happen when time is right hence why we havnet taken percutions, im just lost now to what is going on should i wait a week and if nouthing ask for a repeat blood test and a scan?
Ive read so many stories off ppl not knowing.... is it really that known to not get a poaitive for the first few months??

Please help, im so confussed.

I deff havent felt 'right' lately.
Ive been feeling sick, have absolutely zero energy, am tired all the time, terrible lower back pains, sore nipples too, i just havent felt right.

Im going back to my docs tomorrow morning, think he wants to book me for a scan. He keeps telling me to 'treat myself' as pregnant just in case. I think this is really unfair, as its getting my hopes up, but after all these tests im thinking the worse & that something is seriously wrong...........

Just wondering if anyone can offer advice of similar stories?

Hi im in pratically the same situation as you, we have been trying for baby since september. My last period was on the 25th january. Last week I had 5 days of brown discharge mixed with a tiny bit of blood, now i have lots of white discharge like before the spotting. My nipples are tender and my tummy is soooo bloated its unreal!! I have taken various pregnancy tests the last one on wednesday and it came back negative. I have a doctors appointment next monday. Good luck, keep us updated as to how things turn out!
