    Hello ladies.
My name is Manda and I'll be 22 in two days yay for that huh? lol
Anyways I've been having this weird cramping pain right before and after an orgasm. With or without penetration and have been missing my period on and off for several months.

To better understand my problem let me give you my medical history over the last few months. First I'm going to give you my general information. I have NO chronic illnesses. I am 5'1 and weigh between 100-105lbs. Normal blood pressure no diabetes no problems what so ever very healthy. I did discover when I was 19 that I had HPV and had a surgery referred to i believe as a cervical polyp done where they removed precancerous cells from my cervix which had lesions. I also had it frozen twice after the surgery. Then I went back in around December of 08 had a normal pap and they said i wouldn't have to come back in for another year. Which hasn't happened unfortunately because I recently moved and my medical insurance gets cut on my birthday. The missed periods started in July.I felt fatigued all the time, my breasts were sore and swelling, and I just flat out didn't feel good and was having VERY irritating stomach pain. I took preg test after test and they ALL came up NEGATIVE. One morning in the beginning of August I woke up in such intense pain and throwing up that I had my boyfriend rush me to the hospital. After only 5 hours of being there they discovered that my appendix was about to rupture. They did I laproscopic appendectomy and i stayed in the hospital for two more days and then I went home. My period came later that month and a few months to follow. Then i think it was in November or December I started missing my period again took more tests all negative. Then started having the same pain as when i had appendicitis in January. I ended up going to the ER again! This time not only was the pain unbearable i was throwing up all the time non stop even with nothing left in my stomach. They FINALLY found a blockage in my bowels caused by scar tissue from the appendectomy (hence why I was throwing up) . they wanted to first stick a tube down my nose into my stomach and suck up all the acid and such that couldn't get out of my bowels. Even with this tube morphine and anti nausea medicine I was STILL throwing up and still in a great deal of pain! They finally decided it was time to do another surgery to remove the scar tissue. This was Early January of this year by the way. I started my period a day before the surgery and it continued its normal flow even after the surgery. Not it ins Febuary 26th and I havnt had a period yet. And I just started noticing today during intercourse that i had pain during my orgasm and apparently thats not only with penetration. ANYTIME I orgasm I have pain that feels similar to the pain of menstural cramps. No worse no better. Mine are never too bad but they are uncomfortable. I keep thinking maybe Im about to have it. I have a little stress considering my financial state isnt too great but its ok. And also considering Im getting cut from my insurance since its through my fathers job and Im not in school. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE assist me with what this may be? I really dont think its stress, and Im sure the missed periods could be due to the surgery but then the cramping during orgasms is weird to me. Ive never had this problem before and Ive been sexually active for about 6 years. I am of course going to go to a gyno as soon as I have the funds. But itd be nice to have some ideas. Just maybe help me sleep better at night...or get me into that dr just a little sooner. I am planning on taking a pregnancy test by march 10th just in case my period is just lagging or being thrown off by February which has happened in the past. Not always but sometimes. BUT PLEASE LADIES!!! Haha I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP! Thank you VERY much if you did take the time to read all this.

I'm not sure what's going on with you. I'm sorry you're suffering. But honestly, as much wisdom as we may collectively have, we are not doctors (or physician assistants or nurse clinicians, etc). You have a complicated medical history. If you're worried something's wrong, I'd highly recommend you see a medical professional. If money's a concern, Planned Parenthood and the like have sliding scales on their fees and are generally pretty affordable. Hope it all works out for you.
