    Hi Their,
I'm sure this has been answered but I'm a little unsure at the moment. I had unprotected sex about 1 month ago. I got my period about 1 week after but it wasnt due for another week, and now about 5 days later, I'm having brown spotting. I am having constant pains in my stomach, cramping, breast very tender, tired, very frequent urination, nose blocked, and more pimples. its all signs on pms but i have never experienced brown spotting before.
    Thanks.

Very often, brown spotting is the way your body gets rid of old unshed blood from past menstrual cycles. It's fairly common as you'll find out if you read through some threads. It's also very possible you could be ovulating...

How long was your period and how long are you normal cycles?

Have you had a pregnancy test? If you haven't yet, you should. Drink sufficient amounts of water to de-clog.

    Thanks guys.
My periods are normally about 5 days, but this time it was quite light. they are on time every month, except this time being 1 week early followed with brown spotting 1 week after.

Yeah, like Cat said, take a pregnancy test. Just to be on the safe side, especially if it was lighter than normal for you.

I completely understand. My husband and i have been trying to conceive since October with no luck yet. Honestly i lost track of my cycle for the first time because i been so busy with work. I normally have a very consistant cycle every 28 days no exceptions. Like i said unsure where my cycle is right now due to loosing track but today what appears to be my period has started. However its very light with more brown spotting then anything. I have taken 3 hpt's all being negative and i have had light cramping for the last week. No other symptoms. Any suggestions or advice?
