I recently started the birth control pill (Tri-Legest/Estrostep) after not having been on anything for years. I was a couple months in when I had unprotected sex and missed a pill the same night. I took the missed pill as soon as I remembered the next day. And had unprotected sex again.

My period was due the next week but didn't come. I also started feeling like I was menstruating or discharging some liquid constantly, but whatever I felt was invisible and there were never any signs of discharge in underwear. I also had my first migraine ever - with aura. A couple days ago my nipples started feeling slightly tender. I stopped taking my pills (found out they increase risk of stroke if you get a migraine w/ aura while on them). And I just started noticing sometimes when I use the bathroom, there are these little white balls that look like a weird discharge.

What in the world could be going on with me?? I am worried sick.
