I recently have been to the G doctor and did some blood work. I have a clean bill of health and my blood work tested negative for pcos or anything.
My periods haven't been irregular in ages, and when they were i chalked it up to severely high stress levels.
She did the blood test, I can't remember the reason but I agreed as a "just in case" thing. After I had gotten the good results I started doing reading about pcos diabetes diets and all that out of curiousity. I found this one but very short article about how diabetes affects your periods.
So I've been trying to find more on it. My levels are perfect, so there's nothing wrong there I'm just wondering if theres any further reading I could do because the whole thing has caught my eye.
