I know it's not at all the best option for women with PMS, but for me caffine from cola and coffee is my only way through PMS, as without it I cannot function as my energy levels will drop so low that I will ache and litterally begin to drag my legs and fall asleep in the street. Some nights as well my nightmares which happen at PMS time, are so bad I will wake up shaking, specialy when my boyfriend is working nights and I am on my own at night so I get tempted to drink, not that I drink much but these nightmares are enough to push anyone over the edge. They leave me feeling "detatched2 the next day almost as if they have effected my sense of reality somehow.
