I've been on birth control (LoEstrin 24-Fe) for over a year, and usually it makes my period very light, 2 or 3 days, right at the end of a pack of pills. Initially I had breakthrough bleeding, but I've been over that for a while and on these normal light periods.

In the past few months, I've become sexually active - but I'm still a virgin - and now I have the most pre-birth control-like period I've experienced since starting the pill. Can fingering induce a period? I thought it was more of a hormonal thing than that could trigger.

I think those are all of the details... Is there any explanation for this?
