When I was a teenager, I too suffered severely, I would be walking across the school yard one minute, and the next, on the ground curled up like a cat, crying and in so much pain.
The only way I was able to ease it, was to go on the pill. At 16. And, as they reduced the blood flow, it thereby reduced the pain immensely.
Heat bags (wheat bags) warmed up and placed on your stomach also help, as will deep breathes, 1, 2, 3, and out slowly and believe it or not, and it will hurt to start, but walking for 10 minutes, by the time you finish, it will have eased somewhat.
