Thread: cramping after my period???

Hello i'm new, and your advice is greatly appreciated.
My period is pretty regular almost always around 21-23 days and it last about 5-8 with the worst cramps ever right around the 2nd or 3rd day then almost none. well i finished my period in about 5 days, but i've been having cramps still on just my left side. i did have sex at the very last day of my period would that have anything to do with it? Should i just wait it out and see if it goes away or could something be wrong? hmmm...

Does the crump happen every time you had a period?
