It's basically as the title says. I'm 21, always had an irregular period. I'd get one maybe every 3-4 months? Only about twice have I had it 3 months in a row. So this has always seems normal to me. However, for about the past week I've been having this powder pink discharge with sometimes just a hint of brown. It's started to worry me the other night when I did a little research and results saying its more than likely pregnancy. I took a PT test yesterday and it came out negative. I don't know if it's too soon to be taking one or not. I've only been to the gynecologist one time. She didn't check me for anything, just said "Well at least you have a period! Let's put you on the pill." That didn't last long since I always forgot to take them. (this was in 06-07)
Also I'm usually highly stressed out. I'm in college, dealing with horrible living situations, and working on finding a job. my high stress levels cause anxiety attacks frequently as of late. And I have developed horrible eating habits, not to mention a bad sleep schedule. But it's been about 4 months since my last period, I've been horrifyingly moody lately, broke out, and small bloating. So any advice, experiences, anything! Would be beneficial to alleviating my confused self.
You could be having some sort of a hormonal imbalance. You better check with your health care provider. It is not normal to get your period on after 3 or 4months.
