    HELP!!!

I have been on BC for over a year and only decided to skip (go straight to the next pack of white pills) once in my past. I just recently decided to skip my period because of convenience.

    As a result....

I am having awful stomach pains a week in to this pack of pills
    -chest pains
    -bloating

    I am concerned
anyone out there know why or what I can do???

Do you remember if you had these symptoms when you first started birth control?

It could be that your body is just a little unprepared to the extra hormones and is trying to adjust/figure out what's going on.

I know a lot of women skip their periods, but I think it's a good idea to have them (especially if they're not too heavy). It's just nice to see a reminder every month that no in fact you are not pregnant, I think.

As for convenience, you can invest in some heavier tampons/pads... And if it's for sex, you can use a menstrual cup and it'll be like you're not on your period at all!
