Thread: My cycle is a month late.

I have a questions about my monthly cycle and I am a little worried becacuse this has never happen to me before. I also would like to know if this is normal for my age. I have missed a month of my menisural cycle I am 45 years old, I would like to if this is normal and what should I do.

I'm a few years younger than you and this has never happened to me. If you don't suspect that your pregnant, you could be starting perimenopause. During perimenopause, your periods can become irregular. When they have stoped for 12 months or more, then you're considered to be in menopause. Check with your dr to rule out any other medical issues.
