I am a little worried about my cycle, it is a month late. This is the first time of this happening, I am 45 years old I two kids. I would like to know what shall I do and is this normal for my age.

I just responded to your post in the WH Feedback forum. It could be that you are beginning perimenopause, where you periods can become irregular. Check with your dr to make sure there are no other issues.
