To start off, I had college, final exams last month (April), and had my period on the 29th of April. Therefore, my life consisted of nothing more than sitting at home, studying, barely leaving my house, except to get McDonalds (ew..), because I didn't have time to make REAL food.
THEN, I moved home for the summer, with my parents - who are feeding me a healthy diet. I also started work at an outdoor pool. Further, I started running 5km a day, and P90X (an extreme workout program that is coupled with a low carb, high protein diet, which I tried to follow). I have lost a lot of "water weight" around my stomach, and about 3 lbs total in a month.
And to my problem: while my periods are never really "regular," they also aren't a week or so late. This screams "health problem" to me, but I was just wondering if this could be due to my lifestyle change. I hate going to the doctors that we have here in our small town, as they just give you a prescription, and send you on your way - they don't really care about underlying problems.
All opinions will be appreciated, thanks!
Lifestyle change. Nothing about your post screams health problem. A Dr generally won't even see/do anything for you for being a week late anyways.
Friendship Prayer
May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the crotch of the person who screws up your day and may their arms be too short to scratch.
Amen
Whoever said anything was possible obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.
