Please Help! Very Nervous about my irregular period!

Very nervous about my irregular period. I started me period and instead of my usual pain having to pop advil every 4 hours it was completely painless very light bleeding seemed like 2 drops of blood a day – then on the last day I about hemorrhaged. (not to be graphic) but I went through a super tampon and a overnight pad in a matter of about a half hour. Lots of clotting occurred the whole liner was filled with clots. (2 things that rarely happen to me clots and heavy bleeding) it lasted for about an hour and then my period was over – normal 7 day period.
Then this month it took me 1.5 months just to start my period and again with the light bleeding and zero cramps – however it lasted 2.5 weeks. Only difference this time is I didn’t end up with any clots or heavy bleeding on the last day.
Is this a blessing? Or what is wrong with me?

Forgot to add that I am not on Birth control, am sexually active with my partner of 5 years however I am Gay therefore there isnt any kind of penetration.
