Thread: missed period

I am wondering if anyone has come across my problem. I have been taking my pill everyday as perscribed. I finish my pill on the 17th of march, i was suppose to get my period around March 20,21, it never came, i started to worry about if i was pregnant. I took two pregnancys test that week, and they both came up negative not pregnant , big relief, last week the second week, still without my period, took another 2 pregnancy's test, during last week and both came up negative, not pregnant, this week is the beginning of the third week that so far i haven't gotten my period, Should I wait till this week is over before i schedule a gyni appt. take another pregnancy test, Is this normal? I haven't gone back on the pill since i got off on the 17th. I really never had an irregular period.
Any suggestions, I am a bit of a worrier, and I hope that i'm not pregnant, are the pregnancy test over the counter very accurate?

I would suggest calling your doctor now. It will feel much more relieved to know whats going on form your doctor.
