I'm not sure but a visit to the OB-GYN is in order!And it's nothing to be afraid of, in the long run it'll save you a lot of problems. Tell them what you've said here, and you should be on your way to normalizing that period of yours. I can't imagine how inconvenient it must be for you like this! My guess is they'll put you on birth control, though don't forget to mention your anxiety/panic attacks.
