I have never really been "regular" in the menstrual department. Sometimes I wont have a period for three months and when I do they are usually light or very heavy .... But for the last year I have noticed that when I put in a tampon my period stops, I take it out after a couple of hours and its dry. If I don't put another one it then within about a half hour its started again. (I can not wear pads and I am allergic to something in them and it causes me to break out in a painful rash) Anyone have any idea as to why this is happening
