Hello, First post here.

I have been getting my period since I was about 11 and a half (about 7 and a half years ago). Ever since I started getting it I have the most intense cramps on the first and second day of my period. I also get very bloated, I throw up, and sometimes get the runs. The pain is so intense I will nearly pass out, and I lay on the floor crying and screaming into a pillow. I get angry, I have legitimately asked my room mate to kill me (thank goodness he's my best friend), and I would do anything to make the pain stop.

I have tried so many medications,
All of the over the counter meds:
Midol
Pamprin
Advil
Tylenol
Asprin
ect.

And have had perscriptions of:
Naproxen
Buscopan
Mefanamic Acid
Ketorolac
Tramacet
and I few others I can't remember.

None of these work in relieving my cramps, so I have resorted to natural sleeping pills (which I am not fond of). I have also tried heat, which doesn't really work for me. I have been through numerous tests (47 blood tests, 4 ultrasounds) and my doctors can't find anything wrong. I avoid salt, caffeine, sugar, and tend not to eat or drink since I just puke it back up. Sometimes forcing myself to puke after drinking some water or eating some crackers helps relieve the cramps a bit, not sure why.

I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a medication that I can talk to my doctor about. I am at high risk for blood clots, and am also not able to take any hormonal birth control.

Thanks for your help!
