Thread: Confused?

I have been on my period for a week, as normal. Tuesday, when I came home from school, I changed my tampon to a pad. I didn't bleed. I put in a tampon for bed (which i probably should not have done), and there was a little blood on it in the morning. For school, i put in a tampn and it was spotted. But, I've notcied that when I have a tampon in, I spot, but with a pad, I don't bleed at all. Any ideas?

I find I have a lot of trouble with tampons after about the 3rd day on my period (they work well for me with heavy flow but after that I'll get headaches or unexplained fever or fatigue) so I try not to use them any longer than that... If you aren't spotting with a pad on I'd think you are good for another 28 days or so
