What have your dr's said? I know my sister went through some crazy cycles and bleeding a ton, her dr had her do some blood tests to figure out if it was hormones and ended up giving her estrogen pills to solve her problems.
I swear I have never had a normal period. When I was 13 I got my first period, but it was crazy heavy for 2 weeks straight, followed by 2 weeks off, and repeat. By the time I was 14 I was really anemic, so the doctor put me on BCPs.
That helped for about 8 years, in which I decided to get off, I lost crazy amounts of hair, became depressive, gained weight, and got lots of acne. So I went back on, and to no avail.
I have tried EVERYTHING from diet, to exercise (my wieght is normal again) but I still have acne, my period comes whenever it feels like it, and my mind is all over the place. (I have been off BCPs for 5 years now)
Is there anyone else who have had lifelong hormone problems??? If yes, did you fix it and how???
I have no idea!!

What is your diet like? Food is chemicals and creates chemical reactions in your body. Get off all beef/dairy products or at least have only organic. Start eating more fruits and veggies, take refined sugars and whilt flour out of your diet. NO soda, not of any kind, NO fried foods.
Try that for a few months along with a good moderate exersize plan and see what happens.
