I have not had a period for 4 yrs. I didn't really mind b.c I hated having my period ( was very very painful). I was on birth control for about 5 yrs to try and regulate my period and easy the painful; cramps. About 3 yrs ago a doctor finally listened to me and did something about the hoard abd.cramps I had constantly! Once he took me to surgery he realized I was covered in Endometriosis and adhesions! About a year ago I did get pregnant ( doc said it doesn't happen often but I was the lucky one) however something was wrong and the baby stopped growing. I had a rupture ovary and a DNC to remove the baby and removal of pre-cervical cancer.The doctor thought she removed it all and that I would regain a normal period. However it has been a year. The doctor drew labs, which are all normal! I am starting to have the cramps and pain again.
