I took birth control for over a year. I'm a small girl and have grown up with an irregular period. Since the birth control stopped I just have cramps randomly (at the worst times too... sometimes during sex) and I took a prego test last month which was negative. Not sure if its normal. My doctor said its going to be irregular after I stop bc and not to worry. My mom is freaking out telling me its not normal... not sure... any ideas??
