Okay, i have irregular periods and yet it still worries me that i might be pregnant.
we dont have sex. but my boyfriend fingers me and i jerk him off.
one time i was jerking him off and i got a little precum on my finger but i rubbed it dry and then touched myself. im ovulating and im worried that i might get pregnant or i am already.
i have sore boobs and im usually tired most of the time.
could i be? or am i just over thinking it and stressing making my period not come?

You are over thinking and stressing. Relax, I think you'll be just fine. You're probably just sore because your period is coming. If it's late, which I highly doubt it will be, then take a home test.
It's extremely hard for couples to get pregnant, even when they are trying. So the chances of you getting pregnant from what you did are VERY VERY slim, if it's possible at all.
