Stress? Change in eating habits, or weight? I think you're right though, pregnancy test would be the most apparent idea.
O, I'm 23 and I have been on BC a couple of years and I am very OCD about making sure I take it on time and everyday. I have very normal predictable periods, except for this one and my last one. My last one was super light, no pad or tampon was even needed and it remained bright red the duration of my period. This one seems to have started almost a week late and is again super light and staying bright red.
I would not have thought anything about it, except I have been getting nauseous everyday for a week, have had very strange food cravings, my breasts are swollen and tender and I am acting moodier than I normally would.
I know my best bet would be to take a pregnancy test, but I have not worked up the courage and would like to hear a few other opinions on it.

I haven't had anything to stress about, in fact I have been getting lots of good news the last two months. No real change in eating habits before, I have been eating more often in the past week or so. I had been losing weight and then about two weeks ago I started gaining weight again, and there was no change in my diet to explain it.
Yeah, in that case, take a pregnancy test. I know it's scary, but its better to know, than to wonder right? What's gonna be is gonna be...can't change it now. I would see a gyno anyway, just to make sure your horomones are wacky because of your pill, causing these side effects.
